2. Party A supplys at the same agency prices and decides retail prices; VAT invoice if needed; goods are dispatched soon after collection.
3. Party A provides qualified products and ensures products' quality and quantity; guarantee the exchange of defective goods and enjoy certain ratio of exchange.
4. Party B should provide necessary certificates or papers; owns corresponding rights and has relevant duties.
5. Party B has duties to protect the CHARMEA's image and faith in this region.
6. Franchise shop will be located in commercial center of local place and has uniform company image.
7. Party B owns reward if realizes appointed sales targets.
8. Synchronous sales and logistics systems management to help agents reduce remaining inventory and increase efficiency.
